Title: Credit where credit is due
Post by: Poppy Mole on September 27, 2011, 11:46:18
Late yesterday afternoon (4.30 -5pm) I phoned Vodafone to request an upgrade - all sorted very quickly with no attempt to make me have a more upmarket phone or contract - I have an old contract of 15 years ago which was £10 for life, the nice young man even doubled my free calls & texts. The new phone arrived at 10.40 this morning - what brilliant service!

That's very good, isn't it?  Well done to them!  I'm with O2 and did an upgrade via the Carphone Warehouse this time around and oh my goodness, they would not stop ringing me day after day trying to insist I take out their insurance for 101 reasons!

Went to a client today, a 2010 Jag owner. His fob battery was almost flat. So he went to the dealer and ended up buying a new car, because there was a good deal on it, the car not the battery.lol

Sounds like the sort of thing my boss would do.
