Title: Snail and/or slug eggs. What to do?
Post by: coastiefrank on September 24, 2011, 16:07:24
Hi,

Deep inside my cauli plants I can see what I assume are snail or slug eggs.  They seem to be too far down to squash.  Any ideas as to what to do to get rid of them or kill them would be appreciated.

Hiya, coastiefrank, welcome to a4a ;D
I've never had slug eggs in a cauli, they're translucent white. They're usually under cover somewhere and I dig them out for the birds to eat

Thanks, in that case they are probably snail eggs.  They are right in the centre of the leaves - the white curd hasn't started developing yet.
