Although it's a bit of a journey for us, we always enjoy the Blackmoor Apple Day. Blackmoor Nurseries is not far from Liss in Hampshire, just off the A3, for those that don't know it.
Even if you're not in the market for apple trees, they have free tastings of lots of apple varieties, plus a tour of the nurseries (all sorts of trees and soft fruit bushes), and the usual country fair attractions.
