have a sufeit of black grapes with pips in.. any ideas what i can make? have sorted the wine already so need food recipes. Can I do raisins do you know? how do I get the pips out.. and we live in the frozen NE of England so no sun to dry.. can they go in the oven? Any other recipes?
I have made a very nice grape jelly (hence no pips) with a surfeit of little black grapes. Another thing I like is putting them into a liquidiser with a little water, straining and chilling the result, and drinking it with sparkling water or even vodka - very refreshing - but it does not keep well. An autumn treat for a week or two.
