Anyone got recommendations including pc and iphone apps?
Thanks
I have tried the on line stuff and didn't find it flexible enough for my needs so I developed my own system!

Tee Gee,
thanks so much for the reply. I love your calendar/planner but I am very dense with Excel...but youngest is going to have a go for me :)
I use growveg.coms garden planner. costs £15 per year, which I think is a bit expensive, however it does keep them online (so I can't lose them as I have paper copies) and it tells you where you can rotate things too over a few years. it also has some varieties already in so plan spaceing is a doddle.
overall for me it works!
Can you print out your layouts on that?
the software i have use for last 3 years works quite well for planning but due to fact is was custom designed for my need it would take bit to make user friendly for everyone. I plan on making a universal use version but it not high priority.
Since my book still needs a lot revision.
I keep notes, like most of us plotters, but make a yearly allotment diary showing individual days. It's pretty basic and uses MS Word.
I keep an A4 plan of my plot/s, also using MS Word, using auto-shapes and text boxes to remind me of what I panted where and when. Someitmes I add a few photos.
As the plot changes I up-date the plan and keep new copies. All this helps me refer back and decide what goes where the following years.
Works for me as a record. ;)
