Title: Seed potatoes

Can I save my small potatoes for seed next year and how please??

Yes you can..but the ones you select for 'seed' have to be really really clean from any blemises or sign of disease/damage.
I like to clean mine with soapy water (washing up liquid is good) so they don't carry any nasties to the next year..and I then let the skin dry out. Once dry I put them in container of some sort..large terracotta pots are good..some fabric/old t-shirt of something over and I place them in cool (shed) and keep them from freezing and away from mice/rats.
