Title: Baby Spinach that isn't an F1

Been growing F1 variety Space this year. It is gorgeous but wondered if anyone knows of a similarly sweet/tasty non-F1 form?

Mnay of the others if picked small are great.

Bloomsdale Savoy is very sweet and is an OP variety.
