Well, Im back  ;D
We had really good weather, apart from rainy mornings, couple of eden trips, mevagissey, perranporth, porthleven, been the rounds  ;D
No, it wasn't seed -free, goodlife, just a couple, few packs and a plant came back. sorry to leave but glad of my own bed and bathroom, really a bit squashed in our little van  ;D
Forgot to say, congratulations to Phillack allotment site, it's a beautiful little gem, we didn't get to come say hello (impatient, 12 yr old wanted surf and sand) but we looked every time we went past  ;D

i visited all the same placers as you but i  liked the lost gardens of Heligan better than Eden so much more to see, but the food in Eden is great.

, mevagissey,

ah i nearly died having sex at mevagissey, when i was a shallow youth.

I passed my driving test weeks before, so i bought a s/hand Transit Van, bunged a mattress and a camping stove in the back, and set off for Cornwall with the girlfriend of the time, a biologically accomodating stick insect of a girl called Christine (dressed in the obligatory 1960's white pvc boots and white leather miniskirt). The van would only do 50 mph flat out, so it tooks us two days to get there.

We fetched up at Mevagissy one day. We followed this cart track down and round and came upon a meadow. we parked up with the back of the van facing this magnificent view of the sea, had a brew then engaged in some light gymnastics in the back of the van.

What we didnt know was the handbrake wasnt quite all there, and the gentle rocking of the van, on a slight slope, made the van slowly creep towards the cliff edge. When we finished we opened the back doors - and the van was three feet from the 150 foot drop!!!! If i  had taken another 30 seconds, wed have gone over and died.

I deduced impotence could be fatal.
