See, I ask him to do me a little job on his Sunday afternoon, and he works wonders for me! I put a request in for a couple of cloches so I could protect my peas which I hope to sow very soon. He rummaged around in the garage for no more than 2 hours, and knocked me up 2 of these.

They are roughly 8 foot long, and roughly a foot and a half wide. We have some big angle iron hook types things which will hold them to the ground.
He is my DIY genius! ;D
Hey EJ how much to post him to me for a while?!!?
He's yours for a fiver.....but be warned, in the time it has taken me to post this, he has dismantled 3 computers and they are in shreds on the study floor! He has strict instructions not to touch mine, or various parts of his anatomy will be removed with a blunt knife! :o
Can I have him after Eileen please EJ, in desperate need of new cloches, .....
probably make do with in depth instructions ..............
for the cloches, not husband!
Worth every penny EJ I'll just get my piggy bank!! ;) ;) Now where can I hide my computer? ::)
I wish my hubby was good at DIY. His only useful skill in the garden is that he's strong and fairly artistic, but useless at making stuff. I have to do all that myself.
My cloches are very naff compared to yours - bits of corrugated clear plastic with the sides slightly buried to keep them still and short canes or strong sticks to hold up the top. One strong wind and there'll be gone!
