my pale yellow one flowered and seeded all over my pots last yr, and i was expecting them to flower this yr, but they're still quite average sized.. i thought these were biennial plants... can anyone explain?

i'd love the white flowered ones... i'll hope to grow it one day...

Mine are tiny. Just sat there sulking.

In good quality MP compost, yet not growing at all. :(
