My Allotment neighbour has got some plants.............

I like the look of them in the picture but not sure if they will be worth growing

I think I would buy some of the fruit or wait till your neighbors fruits just to see if I like them. They do look interesting.

They were selling that one at a GC I went to a few weeks ago. It looked good but at £15 for one plant in a basket I didn't bother.

Are you sure she doesn't just have white strawberries???

Somehow it seems....wrong. but maybe that's just me! After all we have white currants (that are yellow, chortle).

No its not a joke there was some in a booklet that one of the big firms sent out a few weeks ago I think it was £14.99 for 3 plants

I've just been sent a spalding plant catalogue with white strawberries or pineberries in, pack of 2 for 10.95  fragaria x ananassa grow wild in South America  ;D

If that#'s what the normal companies want for them I shudder to think what Sarah Raven will be charging......
