When peering into the cold water of our pond today trying to spot any lurking amphibians, look what I saw nestled in one of the marginal plants.

Yep that definately means that spring is on it's way then!!!

Go to www.bbc.co.uk/springwatch to report your first sighting - they are recording the first signs of spring (ladybirds bumblebees butterflies etc) nationwide to see if it really is getting earlier every year
