I have just had a new keyboard and there is a light on the top right over number 1. I am sure it wasn't there before. Have I pressed akey to put it there. :-\

I have the same light,think it is something do do with wireless being on Shirl...........maybe ???

Could be the numlock key - turns the right hand of the keyboard to numbers rather than cursor keys..
or scroll lock or less likely caps lock...

Cheers . Just pressed Num Locks key and its gone. So glad that you are on this forum ;D. You could have been right Betula.
