Took 7lb of surplus rhubarb down to local veg shop and swapped it for 7 apples, 8 oranges, 1 iceberg lettuce, 2 massive beef tomatoes (mine are nowhere near ready yet), 2 courgettes (ditto), 4 onions and about 1lb cherries. Seeing as how we already have rhubarb crumble (over)filling the freezer, and the rhubarb just keeps on growing - result! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
