are you sure it's a scarecrow? Looks to me like maybe one of your Bangladeshi plotholders has had an aged relative stuffed

I did a Captain Jack Sparrow style pirate.  He started off really muscular looking, but now has a heck of a beer belly. ;D

And his orginal raffish mustache, smile and earring combo is starting to look a bit like he's leering.
