Dont know if their prices compare favourably with other places but has your freind tried N.A. Kay's Horticultural products. I have always had prompt service and good value from them.

Just had a quick look at their web site( I use the catalogue) Its not really a helpful layout, but if you check catalogue 2 that is where the polytunnel stuff is.
If you can find a supplier near to home, the prices are often less if you can collect rather than have them sent.
