Title: Leaf Miner on brussels
Post by: fitzsie on June 27, 2011, 22:07:09
I've posted under Edible Plants already but I'm just covering all bases. Looks like my brussels have leaf miner, mainly on the lower leaves, a few spots on the bigger leaves.  I've removed the affected leaves  and one web site recommends using Spinosad. Is this a good idea? Any othet tips gratefully received. Will the brussels continue grow as normal?

As I said on the other thread... leaf Miner rarely make any impact on a large strongly growing plant like a Sprout.. you can physically crush the miner in it's tunnel if you feel that you don't want to remove the leaves..  :)
