Had a google for "crispy ends on tomato plants" and the internet thinks it could be something called Fertilizer Burn.

Mind you, a little google can be a dangerous thing ....

Cut the dead bits off and hope from the best, but give the Tomorite a rest for a week or two. Plant should recover.
