    Lets hope at long last I have heard the last of Forsyth and his bloody Knighthood, the bloke has done nothing but whinge about not having one before now, a more underserving case if there ever was one, the bloke gets up my bugle, :)

never mind that pervy old rug balancer, why haven't we got a Sir Kenneth of Dodd?!

he didn't complain about it, did he? No...Doddy  ;D

Totally agree about Doddy a real deserving case for a knighthood, regardless of  his tax fiddle :),

last time I saw him he said he was fully paid up to 1993

anyway he said he thought he didn't have to pay anything to the Inland Revenue because he lived by the sea  ;D

Hopefully Bruce will retire now he's got it, and we won't be subjected to his painful shuffle and relentlessly naff jokes on Strictly anymore.

[/quote]Last time I saw Doddy was in Skegness at the Embassy Theatre and he was selling the tickets on the door before he went on, he was cutting the tax man out ;D

top bloke though and extremely good value for money, if you don't mind getting Deep Vein Thrombosis  :D

I'd rather see Sir Doddy than Sir Brucie - at least Doody was, and still is by all accounts, funny.

I heard Brucie say he got it for all the hard work he as done wow my heart goes out to him, should get mine soon for digging 7 allotments  ;)
