Another newbie!

Help with seed potatoes please. Our local supermarket is selling 3 kg bags for Â£1.40. It states on the bag SCOTTISH BASIC SEED, Grade E1. Does anyone know if these the same as Scottish Certified seed potatoes? They seem a real bargain.

Think Scottish basic Seed should be fine but the following link may be helpful
