Has anyone who planted the blue Danube potatoes from T & M  have anything showing above ground.  I planted mine 3 weeks ago.

Hi - not tried their spuds but i,ve tried three different ways to get a packet of their white gem parsnips to germinate and not one has come up - yet i bought a pack from Aldi for 40 odd pence and ever one of them are up.

If they dont come up e-mail the customer services dept and tell them - i did and they are sending me some seeds .

Not exactly the answer you wanted but it may help.

Thanks for reply.  It does help as I will know what to do if they don't appear in the next few weeks.

well we are digging up our spuds in lancashire now

We planted them on the 9th of March.

They are the same size the shops are selling as jersey royals.

Wonderful taste.

People told me I had planted them too soon. I knew they were probably right but chanced it. It was a case of plant ASAP to beat the midsummer blight.

It worked for  us anyway.

Please leave a list of your names of those I should think of whilst enjoying my harvest and I will think of you whilst I enjoy the young spuds...Promise..
Dare say I would have been burnt at the steak a bit back.
