I cut up plastic bottles too. Plus lolly sticks - but the names always weather off them, so I don't know why I keep doing it! (I never learn...  ::)) Tongue depressors look useful - a box of unlicked lolly sticks basically!

We don't buy milk in plastic bottles, eat lolly ices or go out for coffee enough to get the amount we use  ;D
These are twice the width, I'm hoping we won't mulch over them or lose them as easily  :)

Thanks Manics - I've just bought two boxes.  Is it possible to have a label addiction as well as a seed addiction ??? :-[

I need some sort of holder for laminated labels approx 3"x4". The holders should be about 8" tall with some sort of fitting to slip the lael into. Sound mad but I can but ask.

I use plastic disposable knives which can be put in bleachy water afterwards to fade off the writing.
