Title: Courgette plants put into compost heap?
Post by: petemac on May 16, 2011, 13:40:06
hi Folks,
My 2 courgette plants are doing just fine (about to flower) allbeit in a raised bed with my second early Kestral spuds and I'm thinking to give them more space would it be worth transferring them into my compost section ?
my compost section has mostly grass cuttings and is farily well composted, could I just plant them and make a hole for the flowers to pop through the black lining?

Cheers
