Title: Potting on cucumbers

My cu's have got a wee bit spindly,is it ok to pot on and bury the stem as with toms?

only pot them to the original level or slightly above because they can get wilt and die if you plant them with the stem below the soil level.

The best way is to plant them inside a collar as stated just above ground level as cucumbers easily get stem rot. then you can build up around the stem and water below then stem bottom keeping it dry.
