I popped into Screwfix for non-garden related tools, but noticed that they had a Spear & Jackson carbon steel fork and spade set for only £20.
They looked to be border size rather than full size, but that suits many people.
And if you prefer the excellent Neverbend fork and spade (ours are good as new after 5 years), they've got them at £17.99 each.
