Would someone recommend a sim card back up device. I would like to make a copy of all my contacts and info held on my mobile phone.

Please bear in mind I am not very technical :-[ but with my phone which is a few years old I can plug into the computer and it sort of swops and saves the contacts on both. Don't know if you can do that?
The downside is I seem to end up with e-mail addresses on my phone which is not much use to me :-[
