Title: Greenfly cloud
Post by: goodlife on April 23, 2011, 16:28:07
I've just seen air literally full of greenfly..now what would make them take to the air all in same time...?
It was just like flick of the switch and all of the sudden as far as eye can see there was 'solid' cloud of them everywhere... :o It was almost spooky..

Snap The same thing happened earlier on this afternoon at Walsall Rd. It was underneath a rowan tree. I thought at first that they were gnats

There were thunderstorms around at that time. I wonder if the could hear in the distance what you could not. I heard it. I was in it. I got wet.

Well I could hear the rumble too..but we didn't get a single drop..I suppose there is mass 'emigration' if the tidal waves are threatning to drown you..but it wasn't to be.. :-\...we could have done a good 'mini' monsoon...
