Pic would be helpful, but if you received them all from them, all the same variety, all at the same time I would be a little suspect.I would contact T&M.I planted my polka ones in Jan and they are sprouting  full leaves

Last year 2 or 3 of my new raspberries looked dead, but I left them there and eventually a shoot came up from below ground. Perhaps don't give up for another month in case this happens to you?

I planted a few in February and the last two showed their first signs of life this weekend. These were Summer fruiting varieties, the Autumn ones were much quicker in sprouting.

I got some new autumn raspberries in November 2009. By May 2010 they had not appeared but then towards the end of May up they came. So I wouldn't panic yet, but keep them well weeded and watered meantime.

Do they have any buds on them? The Polka I planted a couple of years ago were too short to have buds and all the new growth was from below ground.

I planted 5 Glen Ample in March, these came with loads of buds, which are growing well, but only one has just started to shoot from below ground, so from this, unless you can see where there are some buds on the that are not doing anything then I would not be concerned.

I always think planting raspberries is a bit of a leap of faith, essentially we are planting brown sticks and hoping they are ok! I had some that looked a bit iffy, left them and mulched well, watered and then crossed fingers, they turned out well.

I bought some cheapo ones from Aldi and some not so cheap from T&M and both lots have been very sporadic.  Everytime I think some have failed another one pops up with a bit of green.  I got impatient with one plant and dug it up and there was quite a lot of growth going on at the roots.  I  have kept them waterered.

Have to admit some I got form Mr Fothergill all shot up in record time and are looking amazingly healthy.  They are clearly in a different league.
