I seem to remember sometime reading about planting in Ikea bags..am I right or am I losing it.XX Jeannine

I think any of the supermarket bags will do Jeannine. I've just bought some from greenfingers.com they have slots in the sides so you can put canes in for pear, beans or sweetpeas.

I have since done a bit fg googling and it seems many of these bags are way over the limit for lead content, in fact some have been pulled, Safeway is high on the list and the Ikea bags are low.. worth knowing XX Jeannine

I wonder if this applies to all products. I do hope not as I bought containers for myself & 2 others ::).

The report I read was about the re usable shopping bags. Complicatedto tell you where but I think I found the link when looking at the Global Bucket site.. very interesting by the way. Sorry I don't have
