The leaves on all my baby tomatoes went yellow between the veins after I potted them on. Moved from indoor windowsill to unheated conservatory at same time.
Is this due to dip in temperature or unsuitable compost (used B&Q multi)?
Will they recover - have given each a pinch of epsom salts in hope?
It's either got a bit cold for them or that sounds like magnesium deficiency.... epsom salts or chilli fertiliser (another mag loving plant) and get it a bit warmer if you can......
Might well be that the compost is a bit light in it as it's expensive to add. Are you finding a lot of twings in your B+Q multi?.... I used it last eyar and it was great, a worthy Which Best Buy, this year it's as dreadful as any compost I've ever used...... still getting most of my seeds through though....
They will recover.
Early this year I bought 15 bags of Clover compost from our local dealer, it was very good and well composted. recently I got three bags of Arthur Bowers compost and its rubbish compared with the Clover. My own home made compost is nearly as good.
