Title: freesia bulbs

I got a delivery of freesia bulbs this morning and as far as I can see on some web sites tell you Aug/Sept. is the time for planting is this right or can I plant now??

I put mine in a couple of weeks ago, they're just showing now, thought it better than leaving them to go soft in the shed  ;D

We had some a couple of years ago and they were lovely but never came up again. Do you have to lift them?

Better off buying new every year as they never seem to go the winter over here Shirl.

Thanks. Will have to get some more from the £1 shop. Well worth replacing every year
