I've found out where they all hang out.The House of Commons cafeteria. A nice cosy place with meals subsidised by the poor starving tax payers. Also the only eatery in England where you can still have a nice fat cigar at your table after your pig out, instead of being herded into the freezing gazebo in the garden.

Personally, I think anything that encourages social interaction and action has to be better than waiting for someone esle to do it all for you which so many people seem to think is normal.
