Title: Cracked water butt.
Post by: grannyjanny on March 28, 2011, 19:19:37
I think a while ago some people were experiencing splits  in the water butts. I just wondered if anyone had successfully fixed theirs & how they did it?

One of ours at the plot has cracked on the seam.

Hi Jan,

Could try the auto shops for a resin and fibre glass kit to patch the crack and see if the split holds up to the task.
