Hi
I read this in my local paper and wondered what other council's are doing, just out of pure interest really

our local council sold all of the towns allotment sites to the Allotment association! ;) ;D ;D
If it's "statuatory" it is almost impossible to get development permission ATM thankfully.. :)
TB - never thought I'd put these words in the same sentence but it sounds like your "Norfolk council are enlightened"!!
I thought the article was interesting as some sites here in Hastings are now protected, others not, and 1 self managed (on a lease). So a right mixed bag!

I didn't see that, thanks, 1066. The article says BOS field ???, do you think they mean Pauls Field? (My site).
I don't know Pigeonseed! I get confused with the names and locations ::). Plus the Observer isn't always known for it's accuracy!
Maybe there are some minutes from the meeting that are online?
