Title: Strawberries no sign of life

I bought some strawberry plants and they arrived just with the bad weather in December even though they were ordered several weeks earlier.  I planted them out with difficulty.  But now while others are starting to show signs of life not one of this batch are showing any signs of life.  Am I being impatient?
