I reckon it will save me running out the hose or getting a fine if the dreaded hose pipe ban comes into effect. ;D
Let us know what you think when you start using it please Landi.
Friends of ours down the stables have used them a lot over the past few months for transporting the water to the fields for the horses, they love them and it gives them good exercise to boot. ;D ;D
Thank you for posting it, I like it ! Must be quite heavy to cart it around once it is filled .
Rosebud, It works well on the run out, but on the return I forgot the thing was empty and nearly flipped it over lifting the barrow up. :-[

Not really, and once you get used to the balance it is like moving a barrow of bricks. ;)
I do a similar thing but with an old central heating header I fished out of a skip.....
Unit is not to bad once you get the hang of it.
Chris, I have looked at the header tank and seems ours is not there. :-X
But I think that the last owner has had that idea.
Good idea though, if this does not work out. I will look into that for future reference.
Thanks.
