Title: yippee pancake day today..

 I made a batch so I could freeze some for another time....

29 here when open 10 inches each,, rows of 4 with greaseproof paper between each later....  yum with lemon and sugar..... qahtan

We've just made complete pigs of ourselves with savoury ones folowed by sweet ones! :D

i forgot about pancakes  :o

no wonder my daughter wasnt happy when i took her for a mixed grill at the local pub earlier

Hi, just about to do ours for lunch.. the US type, fluffy and thick with pork sausages scrambled eggs and maple syrup..if the mood takes me I usually do thin UK ones for crepe suzette dessert in the evening too on pancake day.

IT was like feeding time at the zoo. O/H made  casseroll steak  carrots. parsnip puree, and potatoe, and swedw mash for the grandchildren for tea , and 3 three pancakes as well. The youngest was looking for a coin she thought it was like christmas, great fun pity they grow up so fast
