Title: Waxwings!
Post by: Bugloss2009 on March 03, 2011, 13:44:07
we've just had a flock of about 15 WAXWINGS in the garden! Never seen one before. And we're in the North West too. Amazing

and at the weekend we had a pair of siskins too.

There have been a lot of sightings in our area over the winter. Unfortunately none by me. It's good to know they're still around.

lovely looking birds finally got to see around 20 of them yesterday. Really calm birds so they let you up close.
