Post by: Froglegs on February 27, 2011, 11:53:19
While out walking the other evening i came across dumped at the side of the road, the waste product of a cannabis factory! I went back yesterday  in the car and brought it back home,i now have six large bin bags full of really good compost, ready to be used as a mulch on my boarders at home. mind you the car does smells a bit spicy now. :P

Make sure there are no seeds left in it. I don't think the courts would take your story as a defence. Unless the judge has an allotment, then he will be saying ' give us a shout next time you see some' ;D

How did you know it came from a cannibis factory.  Though I understand the police found several in cold weather because there was no snow on the roofs.

Ho Ho, this brings back memories.

I had a relative  some years ago who I later found out ran a grow out for pot.

I never thought to enquire why he would bring me a truck load of used compost every few months, he did work in a garden centre so I supposed it was from there. However it was roatilled into my garden regularly, usually about 20 bin bags at a time,, great stuff.

I almost died of shock a few years later when a kindly neighbour enlightened me!!

It never ever entered my head it was illegal though..

Ooops
