white sail for those of you looking for good large head white cauliflower
you can't do to much better then this variety. I had chance to purchase one for my list for people i shop at my local farmers market. since usaully don't grow cauliflower do to the time issues. the farmer i bought this cauliflower had about 30 heads for sale by time got to market.
the smallest of them was about 2.25 kg/ 5 lbs the biggest was about 11lbs/5.99 kg
Sounds like a good recommendation! But where can you buy the seeds?
I've looked at the well known suppliers but they don't list it. Is it a commercial variety?
We haven't done very well with caulis in the past, and I'd love to find a successful one.
White sails...I can only find 'long ships'..does that count ;D

I'm in the same boat as Melbourne12, my cauliflowers don't do very well, if this is worth growing might give it another go, if I can get the seeds! ;)
stokes seeds but alas they don't ship to the uk but they ship to the usa and canada so you have get someone in either country to send seed to you.
What time of year does it crop? I'm trying St George from the HSL for spring caulis, but I'm sticking to All the Year Round otherwise, for the moment at least.
