hi all how does one go about the prosal of self manage allotmet sites?

In Newbury it's simple, you wait until all hell freezes over.

It's a £100k turnover business for the Town Council and they're not going to lose all of that lovely administration even if it costs the tax-payer £150 per plot for the Council to provide the service.
