just had a look at my profile details. since i joined the forum in sept 2008 i have spent
33 days 5 hours and 5 mins on line to this site. some of you have thousands of post to the site
some one out there must have a record number of days and hours ?
4 day 21 hours 37 minutes but I will have to admit that the brouser opens up a4a everytime even if I just want to check the e-mail ;)
it is quite scary isn't it? :-\
I just say to myself that I do leave the computer on some times when I am sewing or similar so I'm not just sat in front of the screen for all that time!
I always look at the posts people do at 3-4 am, and remember a few years ago when I could not sleep well. Then I hope they managed to get some kip 'cos I remember how rotten I felt. :(
We had this conversation a long time ago.
I am up to 124 days but needless to say not sat glued to it just tend to leave it on LOL ;D
My OH calls it Allotment Facebook. I joined Facebook a bit ago and found it the most boring thing ever, watching paint dry more interesting. When I found out they had been valued at 5 Bn$, I wondered how they made so much money so I "resigned" :D
The first thing I don when I get up in the morning is switch on to get up with the late/early posts, same at lunch time on days off and after work!
Allotment forum Addict!!! ;D ;D ;D

Just looked at my time on line and I will now switch off :( :(and wash-up, may come back later. ;D ;D ;D just for a few minutes before bed. Don't think they should show this, I feel guilty.
But I am multi-tasking- sewing a quilt for OH daughter and downloading Radio4 podcasts for when driving for work :-\
Hmm very interesting I'm just wondering how i had time for work or anything else :o Oh well stuff it A4A is 8) ;D ;D
Mines not too bad 31 days 9 hours since July 2006. I peak at 8 am and again at 6 pm. I do stay logged in at all times. I cannot believe that I have been on here for four and a half years
I can't compete with Betula but am up to 52 days and 10 hours... :-[ and I don't "leave it on and go to do something else" :o
best part pf 40 days, 5000 popsts, almost 500 threads started, peak times are 9 am and 10 pm,

usually, yes, Shirl.
'pooter' is in upstairs 'office', and ain't left turned on if not being used.
I've been a member since March 09, although I was a member before that and had to re-join because of email address problems.
I've spent 34 days, 3 hours and 47 minutes here,
Made 2478 posts
and started 310 topics.
Can't believe I've started so many topics - someone needs to tell me to stop!
Been a member since Adam joined, ie I was in the first 200, but only been on line for 53 days, 16 hours and 28 minutes.. Others who joined later have been on a lot more than me!
Looks like Betula is the highest score at the moment. Mine is 52 days 23hrs and 12 minutes, so up with Saddad and Eric. Been regisitered since Dec 2004 with this Username but had one before but lost the password so a few more hours. And Beeb before that too. I always log out when I have finished as I am sure I have read on here it makes it harder for others to get on if we all sit with A4all open, have I got it wrong??
It is an amazing website and I love it, just not so much time to come on these days. :(
bump
Not really that sad having only spent 12 days and 12 hours on line, but what I want to know is how do you chicks out there do your house work, ;D ;D
;D Ohh..that's easy..we multitask ;D
Can you just here the snarling, griding of teeth, AND, Women every where saying dont men know that we are the ones that can Multitask. Check under the bed before going to sleep tonight (LOL) Rugbypost
Hmm I'm hoping there are plenty of gentlemen on here who also do housework?? ;D
I do remember being so jealous of one of my friend's husbands. He was a very keen gardener, and would spend every light evening and weekends in his veg plot, whilst his wife (my friend) brought him nourishing snacks and drinks, cooked his meals, looked after the kids (we both had small children then) and did all the housework. How I wanted one of those so I could spend every spare moment in the garden!
It is easier in winter when you have to come in because it is dark ;D
I joined in April last year - can't believe it is so long - and I've been online: 1 days, 22 hours and 39 minutes - I do leave myself logged in all the time the computer is on. A very long way off any record.
PS it is definitely gardening facebook for me!
Is it going "off the thread" to ask when A4A started and who's the "oldest" member?
i think it could be TIM
WITH 18OOO POSTS
Ive been on here 80 days 6 hours and 29 minutes.
2165 posts and started 203 topics.
Betula seems to be in the lead.
:D
Yes Tim is one of the very early posters I think.
I have seen many members come and go and that is sad.
Some lovely people on here,Georgie sent me flowers and
chocs when I was not well, she is a lovely caring person.
Tonybloke is a good mate too.He checked up on me when
I was offline for some time to see I was OK.
Also shared some good moments with many in the shed LOL.
One of the best times for me was when I passed my City and Guilds in Horticulture,I was so thrilled and so many people congratulated me I felt like a queen for a day LOL.
All this from people who I have never met ;D
Have had a few punch up on here too :D but altogether this is a great forum. ;D

Well I don't believe that. I told my old lady to sit down and shut up, but she couldn't even manage that. ;)
