I grew two cape gooseberry plants in plunged pots last year, quite successfully, without any heating in the greenhouse. My two grapevines are up at the plot so I can't help on indoor grown ones, but someone will be along with some pointers.

Indoor grapes won't need any heating...summer temperatures are plenty, even outdoors..but your grapes will need little help for ripening up in autumn and that's where indoor growing comes to help..underglass the temperature is that little bit warmer than out and that is perfectly enough to get those grapes ripe.
As what to grow with them...well, 'the world is your oyster'..how about peach, nectarine or apricot..they don't need heating but will benefit from the cover to keep the rain off that would otherwise carry peach leaf curl desease...only thing is that you will need to play the pollinator and tickle the flowers with brush ;)
Majority of fruit you can grow underglass for earlier crops and without heating...strawberries, melons, cape gooseberries...
