Title: S A D or B A D
Post by: ACE on January 17, 2011, 09:30:49
Somebody designated yesterday as the gloomiest day of the year, I agree with them, wasn't  it horrible, I don't know if it was Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)  or Beer alcohol defficiency (BAD). The whole weekend seemed to have gone down the pan.

I have taken today off to make up for it. So after the (SSS) shomething, shave and shampoo I will make up for the weekend and later remedy the beer and alcohol defficiency.

I feel better already just thinking about it. ;D

Who else thought it was gloomy?

I hate this part of the year and cant wait for a bit of brightness and warmth..

Rained yesterday most of the day but today the sun is shining in Cheshire. Chickens are very happy & it brings me joy to hear them ;D.

january often is gloomy and is one of the most challenging months for me but it has been so mild of late that it has made me feel much better, masses of buds about to sprout and the snowdrops are already here - last january was good as well cos snow was on the ground for most of it and all the white made it feel very bright

would add another category though, M A D - my allotment despair (so much still to do)  ;D
