Title: Flatbreads - what kind of flour is best?
Post by: purple sprouting on December 24, 2010, 19:13:30
I made flatbreads last week to go with a homemade curry......the curry was amazing (I can't take all of the credit it was a river cottage recipe),  and the flatbreads were OK but didn't match the taste of 'bought'.   I used normal strong bread flour - has anyone any experience of making flatbread with other flour and how did they turn out?

PS

I make flatbreads with any flour - however for nan type flatbreads you need yogurt in the mix.
