Title: Biofreeze
Post by: cornykev on December 04, 2010, 12:30:17
Biofreeze is on special at the moment, two 118ml tubes for £12 with free postage, I know a few on here use it and I've never found anything better, I know I've posted in the wrong place, but the shed is always the most active this time of year.   ;D ;D ;D

Sounds brilliant! But -  can someone please tell me how on earth I could apply a spray or roll on  between my shoulder blades which is where my smashed vertebrae are? I don't bend that way!!!

I just type in biofreeeze and it comes on under the pysiotherapystore.com, if you can share with other people you can buy bulk, Manics are the ones to thank as they also put me onto it.     ;D ;D ;D

Thanks, asj - I don't think it would work with a spray or a roll-on but I've put it on my Christmas list!

(Goodlife - the warm handed hunk has been on my list longer than I can remember - no sign of him yet! I think Santa must be right out of them!)

And thanks, Kev.  :-*

Since I've got a snowflakes chance in hell of getting myself a warm-handed hunk I'm going to give the gel a try! xxx

prefer the roll on, it means, if I can't sleep for pain, I can roll the stuff on and not have to wash my hands after  ;D
