I tried making my own sausages last week but they didnt look like that! By the time I perfect them I think Ill be too fat to get out the door..
I've asked for the kenwood grinder/sausage maker attachment for Christmas and have quarter of pig coming soon.... can't wait to have a go myself.
PS. Do you use stabilisers in yours Tim?
