mmm cabbage!!!
In France here they make stuffed cabbage, stuffed with sausagemeat, onions and other goodies. I tend to actually empty out a cabbage, leaving just the outer leaves, then filling them with the stuffing, tying the whole thing and cooking them in the pressure cooker with a little bacon, onion, sage, seasoning and a good cup of white wine!!! delicious!
