Made the recipe Tim gave me earlier in the year.
Tim, had it with my cold meat and chips! It was FABULOUS! thank you for pointing me in that Delia direction! DP

Altho not cuce pickle, I made plum pickle and river cottage pickle and a green tom pickle all from recipes here or on r4all site, and we had them over Christmas and they were DELISH!Â Thanks for all the lovely ideas, keep them coming!Â
