Title: Cerinthe seedlings- worth saving?
Post by: caroline7758 on October 25, 2010, 12:49:10
While clearing my pots today i have found a lot of cerinthe seedlings. Is it worth potting these up and keeping them in the coldframe over winter or are they not hardy enough to survive?

Hi Caroline, I have had them survive overwinter in the garden - not last year - so yes I think it worth potting up, I shall be doing the same- lets keep our finger crossed!

I usually get them popping up on the garden in the autumn, some usually survive over winter, so they should be fine in a coldframe. Must admit that last winter was a bit much for most of them outside.
